Greg Cooper, M.D., PhD.
Clinical Advisor
As a member of the Trinity Analytics Clinical Advisory Board, Dr. Cooper provides deep clinical expertise and insights to inform the development of our platform.
Dr. Cooper is chief of adult neurology and director of the Memory Center at Norton Neuroscience Institute. Dr. Cooper received his MD and PhD from the University of Kentucky before completing his residency in neurology and fellowship in behavioral neurology and cognitive neuroscience at the University of Iowa. He briefly directed the dementia clinic at the University of Iowa before joining the Sanders-Brown Center on Aging at the University of Kentucky, and later formed and directed the Baptist Health Memory Care Program until joining Norton in 2021.
While Dr. Cooper focuses on the care and treatment of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders, he has been active in research serving as principal investigator on a number of clinical trials. He also has a strong interest in education and caregiver support.

Dr. Cooper was selected as a 2023 American Association for Physician Leadership Fellow. The AAPL Fellowship is the most prestigious professional designation in the physician leadership community, a distinction for physicians that have obtained the Certified Physician Executive (CPE) credential, and have demonstrated substantial contributions to the field of physician leadership on a regional and national level.

Shirish S. Barve, PhD.
Clinical Advisor
As a member of the Trinity Analytics Clinical Advisory Board, Dr. Barve provides deep clinical expertise and insights to inform the development of our platform.
Dr. Barve is professor of medicine at the University of Louisville School of Medicine Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition. He also is associate director of the UofL Alcohol Research Center and director of the Hepatobiology Toxicology COBRE Bioanalytical Core.
Dr. Barve conducts research on the microbiota-gut-brain axis and its effects on neurological disease. This research program uses basic, translational and clinical approaches to develop preventive and therapeutic interventions to slow cognitive decline and preserve memory function.

About Mark:
As Chief Executive Officer for Passport Health Plan, Mark is responsible for all aspects of the 247,000-member Medicaid health plan. Prior to joining Passport Health Plan, Mark was a Director with Dean Dorton Allen Ford and was Senior Vice President and CFO of Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare. Mark spent 20 years in the health care practice of Ernst & Young, his last five years as Partner and leader of its Kentucky Health Care Consulting practice. He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of health care management, finance and payment systems.
Mark has been an active member of the Louisville business and philanthropic community. He was the 2013 chairman of the American Heart Association’s Crystal Heart Gala Executive Leadership Team and serves on the 2014-2015 Executive Leadership Team for the Association. Mark also serves on the March of Dimes Executive Leadership Team and will be the 2015 Chairman for the March of Dimes March for Babies. He serves on the Boards of Health Care Excel, Foundation for Healthy Kentucky, Supplies Overseas, and University of Kentucky Masters of Health Administration. Mark is the former Chair for the Health Enterprise Network and also served as Treasurer of the Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky.

You Might Not Know: Mark enjoys reading, spectator sports, golf, and boating; he is a private pilot. His idea of Nirvana would be flying to the British Virgin Islands to cruise the islands on his own catamaran. The closest he’s come has been to fly a rented airplane to a Kentucky lake to row around in a canoe.
